Update of the Intrastat Manual from 1.7.2025

Based on the organizational and competence changes of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, a new version of the Intrastat Manual (version V25b) was published from 1 July 2025.

For reporting units that are persons registered for VAT simultaneously in the Czech Republic and in another Member State and do not have their registered office, place of business or establishment in the Czech Republic, or for foreign persons with a VAT tax liability in the Czech Republic, the locally competent customs office pursuant to Sections 6 and 10 of Act No. 17/2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, is the Customs Office in Pilsen (Databox: pphm6hu, e-mail: podatelna_cu_v_plzni@celnisprava.gov.cz, telephone: 602 128 055, 353 248 295 or 724 060 197, or the Customs Office, tel. 377 204 111).
