Pensions

In 2025, CZK 700 billion was allocated for pensions paid by the Czech Social Security Administration. By the end of 2025, some pension was received by 2,830 thousand people in Czechia, of which 2,346 thousand people received an old-age pension. The average amount of full old-age pension reached CZK 21,175. The proportion of people who were granted an old-age pension before reaching retirement age (the so-called early old-age pension) reached 32.8% of all recipients of full old-age pensions.
