In 2025, 42.5 thousand couples entered into marriage, the lowest number since the end of World War I. Provided that the nuptiality rates of single persons remained at the 2025 level, 52% of men and 61% of women would marry before the age of 50. A total of 21.2 thousand marriages were divorced in 2025. The divorce rate reached 41%.
