Essential Professional and Scientific Engagements
Mr Marek Rojíček has been professionally engaged in the field of national accounts. He contributed to implementation of European national accounts standards in the Czech Statistical Office prior the Czech Republic accession to the European Union. In his scientific activities he concentrates on research of the role of economic structures in the transition process from cost-oriented competitive advantages to quality-oriented ones and also to analysis of macroeconomic and structural impacts of globalisation of economic flows. In his pedagogic activities he participates in teaching of macroeconomic analysis at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics, Prague, Czech Republic. He is also author and/or co-author of several tens of scientific and professional papers, teaching texts, and research studies.
