Investment in ICT
Almost 353 CZK billion were invested in ICT equipment and software in the Czech Republic in 2023, which accounted for 17 % of the total investments in the Czech Republic and 5 % of GDP. Almost 75 % of this amount was made up of investments in Software (259 CZK billion), and investments in ICT equipment were 94 billion. Households spent 122 billion crowns on ICT equipment and services in 2023, with 43 billion going to ICT equipment and 78 billion to information and telecommunication services.
