ICT specialists and their wages
About 225 thousand people work as ICT specialists, women in this professional group make up about 10% in the long term. In 2023, the average gross monthly wage of ICT specialists increased by 9% year-on-year and approached the threshold of 76.6 thousand CZK. It was thus 30.7 thousand higher than the average wage of all employees in the Czech Republic. The difference in salaries of ICT specialists by gender is approximately 10,000 crowns in favor of men.
