Údaje byly převážně převzaty z níže uvedených pramenů nebo byly vypočteny Českým statistickým úřadem z dat v nich uveřejněných. Protože mezinárodní metodiky nejsou zcela totožné s metodikou ČR, mohou být rozdíly v hodnotách některých ukazatelů za ČR v kapitole "Mezinárodní přehledy" a jiných kapitolách ročenky. V případech, kdy data nebyla přebírána z mezinárodních pramenů, jsou zpracována dle národních metodik. V ročence jsou použity oficiální zkrácené názvy států podle "Klasifikace zemí CZ-GEONOM 2002". The data were mostly taken over from the publications below or were calculated by the Czech Statistical Office from the data reported in the publications. International methodologies are not in some cases quite identical to national methodologies. Therefore some Czech data reported in the chapter "International surveys" and the other chapters of the Statistical Yearbook can be different. In some cases data were not retrieved from international sources; national methodologies were used for their processing.
