In 2023, there were reported 2,535 thousands cases of temporary incapacity for work, 92% due to illness or quarantine, the rest due to injuries. There were 53.2 cases per 100 sickness insured persons. At the same time, however, there was a reduction in the number of days of incapacity for work and the average duration of 1 case increased from 26.3 days to 31.4 days.
