Housing construction

The construction output increased by 5.3%, year-on-year (y-o-y), in December. In the month-on-month (m-o-m) comparison, it was by 1.7% higher. The approximate value of building permits granted decreased by 54.7%. The number of started dwellings decreased by 11.2%, y-o-y; the number of completed dwellings increased by 56.1%, y-o-y.
