Health status of the population
In 2024, 66,3% of the Czech population perceived their health as very good or good. Males (68.6%) perceived their health more positively than females (64.1%). 884,5 thousand persons were treated with diabetes mellitus medication in Czechia in 2024. There were 599.3 newly notified cases of malignant neoplasms per 100 thousand population in 2024.
