Environmental protection expenditure

Over 35 billion crowns were invested in environmental protection in Czechia in 2024. Priority was given to investments in the areas of waste water and air and climate protection. Non-investment costs reached a record level of almost 100.7 billion crowns in 2024, dominated by waste management.
