Environmental protection expenditure

Over 34 billion crowns were invested in environmental protection in Czechia in 2022. Priority was given to investments in the areas of waste water and air and climate protection. Non-investment costs reached a record level of almost 91,5 billion crowns in 2022, dominated by waste management.
