Environmental protection expenditure

Total environmental protection expenditure in 2025 exceeded CZK 151 billion. Investments amounted to more than CZK 41 billion. As in previous years, wastewater management and air and climate protection were the priorities. Non-investment costs reached a record level of over CZK 110 billion last year, with waste management accounting for the largest share.
