Project Description:

The aim of the project is to modernize tools and streamline processes related to the creation and maintenance of data sets and geographic outputs from the census district register and to ensure their regular publication and updating in an open format and shorter time periods (currently only quarterly).

The result will be a significant improvement in the content and distribution of existing open data and the creation of new open data sets, establishing the conditions (infrastructure) for their sharing with the general public.

There is potential to create a larger number of new open data sets with unique geographic-statistical content. In the case of standard statistical outputs, this will involve tens to hundreds of data sets and codices enriched with localization data.

The Creation of New Open Data Sets – CSO project is a complementary project to the extensive CSO project Statistical Information System 5.0, Reg. No. CZ.31.1.01/MV/23_66/0000066.
