By type of construction, the value of new orders was:

Increase in the value of new construction orders was recorded only for residential buildings. The biggest contribution to decrease in value of new construction orders was made by civil engineering works and non-residential buildings not designed for production, especially due to the high comparative basis because financially demanding orders for road and highway infrastructure and construction of office centres were booked in Q3 2006. In Q3 2007 delays still occurred in preparation and financing of public civil engineering projects.
