New construction work orders
In the 3 rd quarter 2005 construction enterprises contracted 28, 482 new construction work orders, worth about CZK 78.0 billion, which translates into a decrease of 7.7 % y-o-y. The decrease was partially influenced by the high reference basis of the 3rd quarter of 2004. Also change of structure expressed thanks considerable decrease of new orders in the civil engineering works.
By types of construction the volume of new domestic orders:
- increased in the water management works by 39.9 %;
- increased in the construction of non-residential buildings not designed for production by 34.5 %;
- increased in residential buildings by 23.5 %;
- increased in the construction of non-residential buildings designed for production by 16.8 %;
- decreased in the civil engineering works by 35.4 %.
The average value of domestic new construction work orders was CZK 2.7 million and decreased by 21.1 % y-o-y.
Public and private new construction orders amounting to CZK 45.6 billion (58.4 %) and CZK 32.4 billion (41.6 %) respectively. The number of new work orders is 28 482 most of them are private orders 58.6 %.
The value of construction work orders cancelled in the 3 rd quarter 2005 was CZK 0.6 billion.
The volume of construction work order
The linear relation between volume of construction order and construction enterprises exists. Primarily the big enterprises realise big construction orders, which are capable of guarantying of construction complexly on technology level.
The progress schedule for completion of construction work orders in the CR
From the total number of orders 20.3 thousands it will be realised 94.3 % in next 12 months, which is much the same y-o-y. This indicator move above 90 % in the long term. During the next first 6 months it will be realised 81.9 % from total number work orders
From the total value of orders amounting to CZK 209.9 billion it will be realised 72.2 % in next 12 months, in comparison with 3 rd quarter 2004 it is increase about 4.2 point. During the next first 6 months it will be realised 42.8 % from total value work orders.
