The preliminary results of the output of the agricultural industry (OAI) valued at the current basic prices were 103 278,1 mil. CZK in the year 2005. The crop output amounted to 51 962,6 mil. CZK and the animal output amounted to 47 021,5 mil. CZK. The rest of the total OAI was made up by the agricultural work supplied to the other unit, that were the agricultural services output (2 228,5 mil. CZK) and non-agricultural secondary activities (inseparable) in the amount 2 065,5 mil. CZK in addition to the crop output and the animal output. The lower harvest of cereals and the low volume of subsidies on products were the main reasons for the decrease in the crop output. The estimated volume of subsidies on products total amounted to 914,7 mil. CZK in the year 2005, subsidies on vegetable products made 103,6 mil. CZK and subsidies on animal products made 811,1 mil. CZK. The total volume of subsidies on products in the year 2004 was 5 092,9 mil. CZK.

The output of the agricultural industry at the current constant prices of the year 2000 got to the amount 106 407,7 mil. CZK, the crop output came to 55 853,5 mil. CZK and the animal output was 46 982,1 mil. CZK.

The crop output shared the output of the agricultural industry by 50,3 % in the year 2005 (valued at current basic prices), in the process cereals (39,0 %)) and industrial crops (27,2 %) had a major proportion in the crop output. The animal output shared the output of the agricultural industry by 45,5 %. The milk production (45,6 %) and breeding of pigs for slaughter (25,3 %) represented the most important part of the animal output.

The intermediate consumption (IC) shared the output of the agricultural industry (less subsidies on products) by 72,6 %. The intermediate consumption of feedingstuffs represented the biggest part of it that was 41,8 %.
