Outputs for respondents in 2013

The first outputs of the project are prepared for respondents in the beginning of 2013, when a new way of distribution of statistical forms (questionnaires) to data boxes of respondents will start. It will be preceded by sending of a summary announcement about the reporting duty with the aim to enable respondents to fulfil their reporting duty towards the Czech Statistical Office in time and in a correct way. The reporting duty is determined pursuant to Sections 2 and 10, paragraph 3 of the Act No. 89/1995 Sb., on the State Statistical Service, as amended and for each year it is provided for by a decree on the Programme of Statistical Surveys. For the processing year of 2013, the reporting duty to statistical surveys is determined based on the Decree No. 275/2011 Sb., on the Programme of Statistical Surveys for 2012 and the Decree No. 343/2012 Sb., on the Programme of Statistical Surveys for 2013. An overview of the reporting duty including samples of forms (questionnaires), electronic PDF forms, programmes for electronic capture of forms (reports, questionnaires) and contact information is permanently available for all reporting units at the following website: www.vykazy.cz.

Reporting units, which do not have a data box, will receive forms (questionnaires) in paper form as usually. However, they have at the same time the possibility to download electronic PDF forms (via modified application “Forms/questionnaires by identification number” at www.vykazy.cz) and send data to the CZSO electronically to determined e-mail addresses.

Electronic PDF forms as well as paper ones are compiled for each reporting unit individually, namely by size (number of employees, amount of turnover, and character of its activity). At the same time, forms (questionnaires) have pre-filled in identification items and contact data for the person processing them in the CZSO.

Electronic forms (questionnaires), as aforementioned, are available via the www.vykazy.cz website in the part called “Forms/questionnaires by identification number”. After inserting the identification (usually the identification number “IČO”), a list of forms (questionnaires) displays, which are compiled directly for the inserted unit and the following is available there for download: editable electronic PDF forms, original and still functioning electronic software known as “EPV” (which is a Czech abbreviation, which stands for electronic capture of forms), methodological and organizational instructions and methodological manuals. There are also contacts for workers of relevant CZSO workplaces, who will be processing the forms and will always provide advice when needed).
