In 2023, a total of 8.9 million overnight stays were realized in the Czech Republic via the booking portals Airbnb, Booking, Expedia Group or Tripadvisor. More than 70% of overnight stays were for tourists from abroad, the remaining 30% represented the accommodation of residents. In Prague, 4.7 million nights were spent in this type of accommodation.
