Labour costs

Labor costs are the costs incurred by the employer on its employees. They consist of direct and indirect costs. Direct costs include wages and salaries for work performed and compensation for wages and salaries. Indirect costs consist of social costs, social benefits, personnel costs and taxes and subsidies. In 2022, monthly labor costs per employee reached CZK 55,661 and increased by 5.5% year-on-year.
