Election of the President of the Czech Republic
The election of the President of the Czech Republic is carried out according to the principles of a majority system. The President of the Czech Republic is elected for 5 years. Voters vote in the territory of the Czech Republic and at selected representative offices abroad. The conduct of the election is governed by the Act No 275/2012 Sb.
