Business register and demography - Reports on quality

EU Member States provide the Commission (Eurostat) with reports on the quality of data transmitted on the base of Article 12 – Statistical quality of the Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 on European statistics (which was amended by Regulation (EU) No 2015/759).

Specific requirements regarding business register and business demography statistics, including quality requirements, are laid down in Regulation (EU) 2019/2152  on European business statistics. For more information see Eurostat web.

Business register (RES)

Business register (RES) is administrated by Czech Statistical Office on the legal base defined in the Act No. 89/1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service RES quality report is available in both Czech and English languages and updated regularly each year.

Business registrations and bankruptcy

Report on quality on business registration and bankruptcy index is available in English and provided regularly each year.

Business demography

Report on quality on business demography statistics is publicly available for European statistical system as whole.

Report on quality concerning CZSO data on Multinational Enterprise Groups sent to EuroGroups register.
