to the WEB page for the 2006 EVS tournament from the 15th to the 17th September in Hradec Kr�lov�. This WEB page will try to give you all the information relating to the tournament and to the city. You�ll find here all steps necessary to register your team, players and visitors as well as the amount of the participation fee and the payment conditions. More information will be announced step by step according to the progress of the organizing activities.
INVITATION
All of last year tournament participants are invited to come to Hradec Kr�lov� during the prize ceremony on the Saturday evening in Paris. We invite you again and those who were absent there too. Come and enjoy the atmosphere of the tournament!
PARTICIPATION FEE AND PAYMENTS
The participation fee is 5000,- CZK (= 179,- EUR). Due to the changing exchange rate of the Czech currency (CZK) all payments should be done in CZK. We stress that we don�t have any sponsors and don�t have any financial support of the CZSO. The first payment, 3000,- CZK per person should be transfered by 15th April 2006 simultaneously with the team registration. Remaining part 2000,- CZK/person should be transfered by 31th May 2006. Additional information to the payments
The participation fee includes:
- two nights in the Amber Hotel �ernigov with breakfast,- Friday�s opening ceremony with refreshment,
- the hall,
- lunch in the hall,
- Saturday evening�s prize ceremony with dinner and dance,
- transportation between the hotel and the hall,
- contribution to the EVS headquarters,
- the hotel Congress Hall,
- healthcare assistance in the hall.
Not included expenses:
- transportation from Prague to Hradec Kr�lov� and back,- parking at the hotel.
R E G I S T R AT I O N
In the menu "Subscription" you find forms for the teams� registration, hotel registration and the transportation order for those who are coming to the Prague International Airport Ruzyn�. The price for the transportation is 360,- CZK/person for transportation from Prague to Hradec Kr�lov� on Friday and back to Prague on Sunday.
Both the team and hotel registration should be sent at the same time as the first payment to the e-mail address stated at the bottom of the forms. The transportation order is to be sent at the same time as the second payment and the amount for the transportation should be added to the second part of the payment (31th May 2006).
The team is not considered "registered" until the Czech bank confirms both transfers.
TOURNAMENT
We decided to organize this year�s tournament as a mixed teams� tournament in "A" and "B" categories. The reason is that there were not enough men and women teams the last three years and we suppose the same situation will happen this year.
