Notes of the Way of Publishing Results of External Trade Statistics

Starting from the September 2003 data, the Czech Statistical Office changed the way of updating monthly results from monthly-based to quarterly-based. That means that monthly data will remain constant in the course of the quarter.

The following notes apply to all tables in this publication – „External Trade of the Czech Republic in January - September 2007“:

2006 data for January to December are final, referring to 28 August 2007 closing date.

2007 data for January to June are updated, referring to 28 August 2007 closing date,
for July are preliminary, referring to 28 August 2007 closing date,
for August are preliminary, referring to 1 October 2007 closing date,
for September are preliminary, referring to 26 October 2007 closing date.

Casual differences on the last digit position arise for rounding off the absolute number.

Notes on tables

‘‘0‘‘ the value of imports (exports) is smaller than half of the unit of measure

‘‘-‘‘ the data did not occur in the reference period

‘‘.‘‘ data unavailable or inapplicable

‘‘x‘‘ with indices, indicates the 100 multiple of the resulting value
